The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
Insurance
If you have dental insurance, we look forward to assisting you receive your maximum allowable benefits, but please understand that we are only able to provide an estimate of benefits. As we communicate with hundreds of insurance companies and employer plans each week, it is impossible for us to know all the specifics of your plan. We are always happy to assist you in understanding your dental benefits, however it is in your best interest to read your dental plan benefit booklet and to become familiar with your specific plan, understanding its coverage and limitations. Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company, therefore we encourage you to contact them regarding the specifics of your coverage.

In-Network (Delta Dental Insurance)
We participate (in-network) with most Delta Dental plans. Payment for the estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. Please be aware that Delta Dental PPO fees only apply when a PPO participating dentist is providing care. While most of our providers are in the PPO plus Premier networks, some are Delta Dental Premier only. There may be additional out-of-pocket costs for you if a non-ppo dentist provides care for you or your family. If you have a PPO Only plan or prefer a PPO provider care for you or your family, it is your responsibility to request a PPO provider at the time of scheduling all appointments.
Out of Network Insurance
We are happy to accept out-of-network insurance and will submit claims, on your behalf, to most other insurance carriers as a courtesy. You will be expected to pay for the estimated portion your insurance does not cover at the time of service. If your insurance carrier does not reimburse Haas Dental Associates for services rendered, rather they pay the subscriber directly, you will be expected to pay for the services in full at the time of service.
We’re happy to provide you with an estimated treatment plan based on what your insurance company policies are. However, please be aware that this is not a guarantee of their coverage. You are responsible for your portion of the payment at the time of service. Any non-covered services will also be your responsibility.
Financing – Care Credit and Sunbit:
Haas Dental Associates is happy to offer a variety of financing options to assist you in deciding on the best payment option for your unique situation. Along with accepting personal checks, cash, and credit cards, we offer financing through Care Credit and Sunbit. We encourage you to partner with Care Credit or Sunbit to enjoy affordable financing with reasonable payments spread over the course of several months or years with low or no interest for those who qualify. Most patients receive approval online within seconds. Our Patient Services Department or Business Office is more than happy to assist you with the application process.
